Default mystery problem need help.

Today I noticed on my passenger side front Rim. I had a large amount of this slippery clear film on my rims. Literally dripping down the rims. My question is could this be brake fluid? Or something from Cv joint being cracked or something?

CV joints and wheel bearings have dark-colored grease in them. The only clear fluid in the area of your wheels is brake fluid. THIS IS BAD. Check the fluid level in your master cylinder, and if it is at all low get it to a mechanic right now, brake leaks are really bad news.

As soon as you get the problem fixed, take the rim off and scrub the hell out of it. Brake fluid is very corrosive and can eat paint.

Ooh, yea, sounds like brake fluid. Get that checked ASAP.

Could also be a leaky strut? If it was brake fluid and a large amount was missing the brake light would be on for low fluid and the brake pedal would be mushy.
