I just sent out 4 braces yesterday
I'm hoping to get some feedback from the first owners so i can provide specific handling improvments so you can get an accurate review of what these pieces do.

you WILL notice a difference in turn-in even on off/on ramps. its definitely helped.
Your right...we without question right now have the cheapest underchassis brace. Shipment actually didn't take very long for me...i believe you have a tracking number already.

nope (tracking #) - but I'm not sweating it at the moment either. ..... I know where to find YOU
But ya know - I could be totally and completely wrong about the not noticing a change thing (I've been known to be dead wrong lately....) ... really, what would I know, I've not installed the thing yet nor have I had a similiar product mounted - so, basically... that means I was talking completely out of my ___
We'll see though - I trust ya.

with any chassis stiffening, you will notice a difference...the car doesnt twist and feel like its gonna roll over like it used to in a corner anymore....steering wheel input will be much more responsive...something most "drivers" want....more input from steering feel..you will comprimise comfort for performance, just like any performance based product...there is a trade off...
believe me, i know...ive built my old 86 with full suspension, and there is a world of a difference....the car seems to come alive with more input thru the steering, harsh but responsive..you know when your tires break loose...and how to react....i think well worth it if you want to go that route..and for you guys needing exhaust, check out the Sturp axleback system, bad ___!!!! https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...748&highlight= ..as for feedback, Lip is an A1 seller....so no worries on that end.....BTW, Jeff ya got my mail.....waiting on my order..lol.......im interested ...

yeah... got my track # too... 'supposed' to be here the 14th (we'll see if that's when I actually get it though... it is being sent to the address I was really adament about NOT to send it to
)
p.s. - your www.partshippers.com website is down - my e-mails are being rejected from the site as undeliverable (and your links don't work). E-mailed about the shipping to the wrong address.
i'm discussing this with my partner. He put together a spreadsheet for GTSpec to use for shipping. your paypal account posted one address and you wanted to use another. my assumption as of right now is he put the spreadsheet together while reviewing your paypal payment.
we know its down..the site that is..we are pretty ticked off at hostitnow and awaiting a response. check your pm reply

eh, things happen - I'll get it worked out one way or another. A wheel shipper did it and (since they weren't cheap) I ended up sticking an employee at the front door for 8 hours to wait on the shipment - I'll get it one way or another.
Now, I don't want anyone else to think there is any 'problem' here - there's NOT. PartShippers simply sent the brace to my confirmed Paypal address - as most any good business would do - It's really ME who was making things hard by asking for shipping to an 'alternate' address (my shop).
LIP's done/ did everything right - it's me that's a problem.

Got the brace today. AT THE SHOP NO LESS!!! had my shop address on it but my residential city's name (which are 35 miles apart!) - UPS figured it out, first time they ever got anything right - Congrats to UPS. LOL
Anyhow - Got the part - first impression? VERY IMPRESSED! The brace is EXTREMELY light, few pounds at most. The paint qaulity was very nice, even color and smooth. The "GT-Spec" badge even looked good - and I HATE having ANYONES name on my stuff if I had to pay for it - but it looked good - I kept it on, first tiem for everything.
All the welds were very consistant and even - not even any splatter near the beads. Nice. Every single spot where 2 peice of metal came together, there was a weld - EVERYTHING was welded - very sturdy.
The brace was very low profile and doesn't appear to stick down any further than the stock support bars did.
INSTALLATION. It took me longer to get a jack stand under the car than it did to install the brace. Completely idiot proof. If you can figure out how a socket wrench works, you can install the brace.
FUNCTION? I don't normally drive the box hard (that's what my sports cars are for), got the brace on - took it few blocks over to I-10, got a really wavy on ramp - smashed it hard and it definately made the box 'sit' flatter through the hard corners - it had a more go-kart effect, there was a change in body roll (less). It's still not an auto-x champ, but it's improved. Was surprised really.
All in all - A+ ! If I'd tried out the part before buying it, to be honest, I woulda paid more than I did, and I don't like buying useless parts just for the 'I have that' factor. It's definately an improvement item - the 'bling' is just a freebie.
