yep sure does.

 

ok take it off my hands and you get the countershafts and crank case too. But it's on the short block... you'll pretty much be getting crank case/balancer shafter/crank/and short block nothing else.

 

you put the heead and rods pistons and all of it back together you got a deal and i will give you more for it

 

I don't have the head, pistons, or rods for it. it's been parted and what not. but everything is still great block wise. this is just my stock motor that's been sitting around since 07 cause i bought another and built that one. let me know if you still interested
