how low can you go on coilovers?

Default how low can you go on coilovers?

hay whats up......how low can you go on coilovers when rolling on 18" on a xb? thanks

I think that the coilovers that can dump the lowest are the HKS and the Cusco. The HKS can go down around 4". With 18's it all depends on what tire your running. If you are close to a stock diameter then you might be able to slam the coils all the way down without problems.

I had Ground Controls on my xB and they lowered it 3" or so. Rode pretty nice still.

it definitely depends on which coilovers you're talking about.

i have the tein ss coilovers with 18 inch roja wheels and i can lower them all the way down which is around 4 inchs.

Has anyone tried the max power coil overs on ebay. I know they are cheap, but i would like to see how well they work.

Dont do the ebay thing especially when your entire car is riding on those $20 springs. Is it really worth it if those things give out?

Im running the HKS Type C coilovers and they're awesome. Im currently lowered 3.56" in the rear and 3.75" in the front and the ride is still awesome. Handles real good with no slop. I would recommend these coilovers to anyone looking into getting some. I daily drive my bBOX about 100 miles and i love it.

eh theyre crappy but they wont "give out" i got em and am decently happy , not sporty enough or low enough but it's a good medium untill i get my bags. hopefully. soon
