hks bov flange, its a pipe about 6 inches long with the flange on it(same thing that comes with the bov when you buy it) lets do 40 shipped.

What all is included with the oil cooler?

 

is has a few inches of fuel line and a couple hose clamps.....youll need the lines and fittings.
