Hey why are you selling? Did I miss something? How did you like the cams?

 

long story short, had them installed and while breaking in the motor my car idled like crap. My tuner said that was just how it was going to be from then on. Had them removed to find out he just sucked at tuning an emanage. I want to reinstall but my wife said she has had it with my car being worked on so Here i am. lol

 

I'm having issues idling now with a standalone - but I think it's because my dowel pins are too far from the cam sensor.

^ I also have a stand alone and my idle stumbles sometimes. Make sure your iac valve didnt fail. Im on my second one. Before i got a working one my car stalled constantly. and thanks kind of hoping no one buys them in hopes of reinstalling them in the near future shhhhh.lol

 

Yeah my IAC failed about 20k miles ago so I replaced it then.. but I guess it could be bad again..

 

wouldnt dought it. Im in the process of having my shop eliminate the valve alltogether. worried it will fail again. its a pita. gl with it. keep me posted

You really need to tune them.. and not with a piggyback.

The Stage 1 NA cams you can probably get away with tuning with just a piggyback.

 

tuning is required ^ hmm, i do believe a piggyback will do the trick. There are people on here that have done it with both fic and emanage successful. anyone else care to chime in on that feel free.

 

I think the ones who have didn't have the Stage 2 T - maybe the Stage 2 NA.
