Default Wheel question and opinions...

I just put a down payment on an RS 2.0 xB and I have some mod questions.

First, I'm looking at getting a set of 5Zigen FN01R-C wheels (matte black). I'll probably go with 17's. Anyone have any opinion on these wheels or pics of an xB with them on? Would 18's fit without too much trimming?

How difficult are the fog lights to install? The factory price seems a little high, and if they are just plug and play I think I could do it myself.

What else is an important first mod? I'm covering the box with graphics since it is going to be a promo car for my skateboard/snowboard shop. Any suggestions?

I put in my fogs myself, not hard at all. Takes less than an hour cuz the cars come prewired for them.

I think the 5Zigens are nice wheels. Lower it...and post pics!

just to let you know, 18's will fit but i recommend a 40 serires tire. 17 & lower in my opinion is the best for ride quality. I roll on 18's right now & it rides like crap, but thats my opinion. Do what you like because its your car bro.

What does the installation of fog lights involve?

Popping out the plastic pieces that are already there, plugging up the fogs and snapping them in, plugging in the switch in the car and plugging a relay into a plug on the fuse block. Not that much to it. Took me the longest time to get that stupid relay back on the fuse block.

Wow! I always thought it had to be wired. Looks like I'm paying way too much for it. Too late now...

I have 18 inch RH Evo C2 on 215/35/R18 tires and it looks great. I think 17's would be to small. I wanted 19's. I installed stock fog lights...piece of cake. I had trouble getting my hands in to plug in the relay. Other than that, it was really easy.

Looks like I'm going to go with the 5Zigen FN01R-C's, but gonna get the new color. Shiny black with the polished lip. 17's or 18's, can't decide. Probably 17's. Should look sick on the yellow xb.
Now if only the dealer would hurry up and get it so I can stick all this aftermarket stuff on it.
I've got fogs, mats, wheels/tires (soon), springs, cargo tray, speakers, amp and I need to make a custom box yet. Figuring out all the graphics on Sunday. Then just need to get vinyl to cut and print and she'll be ready to go. Waiting sucks...
