I dont have the box, but it is a brand new, black, 38mm Turbo Concepts Wastegate.
Comes with standard .6bar spring. (8-9 psi)
From what ive read the guy who designed Tials branched off and made his own company and started producing these. They are said to be better quality than Tial.
