Default Descendant Turbo Install Wastegate to Atmosphere?

I'm installing a descendant turbo on my 06 and can not for the life of me figure out where the wastegate dumps to. Is anyone familiar with this kit? Do I really just let the wastegate dump to atmosphere down next to the start of the s pipe?

Very strange IMO. I am having trouble with the turbo since I got it back from the tuner. Everything was fine and dandy for a day. Now the engine bogs down as soon as the turbo spools up and vac turns to boost.
It happens in all gears, and only if I am accelerating semi hard or going up a steep hill. I ran the car on idle and sprayed all my vac lines and intercooler couplings with choke cleaner and couldn't find a leak. What would be the next step?
The tuner was supposed to call me back yesterday but still hasn't.

Sounds like a boost leak. Pressurize the system with the car off using shop air set to a low pressure on the regulator (10 psi max). Let me see if I can find a similar post I made for someone else.

Here it is:

I used a pvc end cap the same size as my charge piping and threaded and sealed an air hose fitting into the flat end. I then attached it to a coupler from my intake piping and gave it about 8-10 pounds of pressure from my air compressor while the engine was off. This way, it is silent (after your compressor is off obviously) and you can listen all around the engine bay to try and locate a leak.

Take it back to your tuner and let him drive it so he can diagnose the problem.

Good Art. Very good start to 2015. Zero complaints.

I'll try this today. Thanks so much.
If I still can't locate a leak I'll get in contact with the tuner. I'm just hesitant about that because it's an hour away and they aren't open past 5.

Ended up being either a loose clamp around the bov or a leak between the headers and turbo manifold (or both). Resituated the turbo and then rebolted the v band clamp and that leak was gone. I also ended up ordering a new hose and clamp for the bov which fixed that issue at the same time.
