My local buddy of mine is selling his kit to upgrade. He bought it from assaultech and put roughly 5000 miles on it.
It consists of:
- Patented Turbonetics Ceramic Ball Bearing T04E Turbocharger
- Spearco W.A.V.E. Technology Intercooler System
- Black Chrome Coated Piping
- High Pressure Silicone Hose and Heavy Duty T-Bolt Clamps
- Evolution External Wastegate
- Turbonetics Raptor By-Pass/Blow-Off Valve with polished discharged horn
- High Carbon Cast-Steel Exhaust Manifold
- Mandrel-Bent Downpipe with Closed-Loop Wastegate Discharge
No injectors or engine management as he is keeping them for his new setup**
my buddy also plugged up the recirculating valve and made the kit atmospheric
Asking $1500 + shipping
Any questions pm me and ill let him know. Thanks for looking guys.
UPDATE
So he took the kit off and upon inspecting it, it has a few dents in the intercooler piping and a really bad one in the 2" long piping. One dent in the dump tube and somehow he managed to dent the bottom of the intercooler, but everything was functional before tooken off. It does not affect performance whatsoever! If you have a really good TIG welder near you, you can have him cut out the denter part and put new 2" piping and weld it in. There is also a lot of shaft play in the turbo. Your looking at about $1900 for a new turbonetics kit if you decide to get new ic piping and a rebuild. A rebuild should only be $275-$350. good deal imo
OR
He can buy new intercooler piping from treadstone and the kit will be $1650+ shipping
OR
After discovering all the flaws my buddy decided to lower the price more. good deal for people that want to get the new parts and have a good starter kit.
Buy it as is with everything for $1200+shipping.....$1100 + shipping

Im not ******* the kit or anything by I went and look at it in person!!! when he was asking $600 on craigslist the turbo has a ton of shaft play and the intercooler had a big dent as well as one of the pipes all piping had battery acid on them and was painted over. The downpipe and manifold were cracked and had been rewelded. I can understand if you delete my post but im just looking out for other tC owners

Bump, like i told motoxxx87 my buddy bought it off of them, they had originally bought it from assaultech. My buddy ran it on his car for about 3 weeks or so and decided to upgrade to a ptuning kit. Took it off and thats when i noticed the damage. I had not seen the damage in
Person till he took it off.
The downpipe is functional has a dent in the dumptube back into the downpipe.
The turbo has to be re-built as i noticed shaft play in it. I talked to San Diego Forced Induction and they quoted me $275.
Unless you have a really good TIG welder on hand i would recommend getting new ic pipes from treadstone directly which are $400.
The ic is dented at the bottom but it did not affect performance. Its just pushed inward a bit. No holes.
For $1775 you can have basically a brand new turbonetics kit.
I think he priced it at a good price. Unless you are interested in buying, dont comment as it is not mine. Keep your comments to yourself OR pm me. Thanks haters
