ok guys and gals.. here is a question for you who know wheel.... this is more a question of color... i have bben looking at wheels.... and there are a few colors that usually come up..

silver, black, gunmetal and hyperblack...... my question is.. what's hyperblack.... is it lighter than black..? darker or lighter than gunmetal..? in the pic i have seen i can tell that there is a difference...

 

Hyper black is very similar to the tC's stock wheels. It's similar to black chrome, but without the chrome. It looks similar to a clear anodizing, but with a dark tint to it. There's also hyper silver, which tends to be a very bright silver.

Gunmetal is sometimes an anodized finish and sometimes a painted finish, but it's usually a color ranging from medium grey to dark grey, with sometimes a a blue or brown tint to it. There are a wide range of finishes called gunmetal.

Gunmetal would tend to be darker than hyper black.

Hyper Black is pretty much a graphite polished finish...
