Hub centric rings & 5mm Spacer?

Can you run a hub centric ring if you are running a 5mm oneton spacer up front? If not who makes a spacer w/ a hub centric ring in one piece?

I think H&R makes 5mm spacers with the hub extension but not sure if they do for Scions. Usually 5mm spacers don't have them, though.
