Default Paint scuffed stock rims?

I want to Paint my Stock 17s grey but there’s a problem I have a big scuff on both of my right side wheels. Is there anything I can do to fix it maybe Bond?

1. ghetto tech - apply jb weld. let it cure overnight. file to shape. then sand, primer, paint whole wheel

2. less ghetto tech - find someone that can weld aluminum. have them build up the gouged area with a couple fat beads of aluminum. file, sand etc

3. send the rim to a reputable wheel repair shop. check the back of motor trend or similar mags.

A local wheel shop can probably just grind down and clean up the scuffs so that you won't notice them once the wheels are painted.
