Default important wheel question!

this may sound dumb, but i really dont know.

i hear everyone talking about their offset with their wheels. I had my new rims and i was gettin my xB serviced and they put them on for me.

do i need to get them redone with an offset?

I have 17s with i think 205/40/17.

thanks

OC Scion. An offset is a standard measurement that is on each wheel. However, it will be different for every wheel. An offset is the measurement that the rim will sit off of the hub. If you like the way your rims look and you don't have any rubbing issues then your offset is fine.

and if you think your wheels are sitting too inside and you would like them near the fender a little bit, then you can go get spacers. but since you have no probs, it mainly depends on wether you like the way it looks
