Default airbag install question?

whats up guys, has anyone done a write up on how they installed there air management system underneath the xb, i have asked before and no replies....i have my air ride kit but i would like to see some detailed pics on an under car install of tank and valves and compressor...thanks in advance.

yes, all this talk about people mounting everything under the car but not one person has taken detailed pics or explained how it was done.

it can be done, ive held the tank there and it fits (a 5gal) but I haven't put anything on

so far i got my tank an my compressors underneath the rest should be completed this weekened what you need to know

how did you mount the tank? cause its not an even surface under there

hi guys. i did a pancake tank in the spart tire well and put the compressor and valves under the car on that metal flap panel thing on the back side of it between the bumper cover to reduce water splash

i put it right under the spare tire with 2 compressors under there an its jus about straight with the bumper it barley hangs lower mines a 3 gal tank

can i just install 4 air valves instead of 8, theres no room for 8 valves underneath the car especially mounted to the tanks, i would be okay with just front and back up and down instead of independant 4, if you guys have a better way to connect all 8 valves for f.b.s.s. and a illustration i am open to all suggestions.

yea, u install 2 valves at each corner of the car on a T fitting (its suggested that you mount the valves closer to the bag); so then you have enough room for the valves, + reliable independant suspension...also, as long as the hose between teh fill and the bag are the same (easy to measure @ each corner) , the car will rise equally

oh, and pm me if uve got q's on plumbing. i think ive got pix...or chek www.fbimini.com under install guides..theyve got some good directions..

and dare i say it *cough* chassis tech *cough* actually had a decent set of plumbing directions, though i'd never get their product

use 8 valves!

Will- most pancakes tanks are 4 gallons.
