I will be purchasing Tien H techs. Hopefully sooner then later and here is my situation. I work with a guy who said he would be more then happy to do the install with me, you know to show me whats what etc.... So I asked him to shoot me a price and he says, "whatever you think is reasonable, I'm not greedy and I am happy to help you out. Just give me whatever and I won't think its to much or to little." So, what would be considered reasonable?

Friends help friends for free. Give 'em the boot for even accepting anything other than a taco and a beer.

It's easy. If you've not done one before 1.5 hours. If you have, then under an hour. Shouldn't cost more than $50 at a shop...

 

I charge $60 to people i dont know, and i charge $40 to those i do know. If im really good friends with them, i'll accept "diner" or "lunch", whatever time it is during the day.
