My alignment was still good after htechs got put in. I could swear it drifts left, but I'm beginning to think it's my imagination as I can't make it happen all the time, and I had the preconceived notion I'd need an alignment after the install.

You really can't tell until it gets done I'm afraid. If you do need an alignment, I'd imagine it'd only be necessary for the front end.

I've seen front end alignments run anywhere from $60-$105. Just shop around for the best price.
