I have a stock xb and want to know what suspension to get? Like springs, strut, sways, shocks. I want something that will make my ride stiff and YES i'm going to track this box around cones.

Tanabe df210 springs, TRD shocks, progressive sways, Hotchkis strut.
Or if you have the money:
JIC coilover, TRD shock, adjustable camber kit, HKS rear strut and hotckis front, progressive sways, adjustable dampening, frame brace, Bbist A pillar brace, sit on 16'' rims with something like 215/40 tire. you'll hang. Get some power mods as well to get those times up.

We can help with springs, however, no dampers are available for the xB from Koni or KYB at this time.

Minimally, you'd need coilovers w/ adjusting dampening, rear Progress Tech sway bar, Cusco lower frame braces, TRD Japan rear frame bracing, bBist C pillar brace, a custom harness bar, adjustable camber up front, and at least 3 degrees of camber in the rear, maybe a front strut tower bar, and if iots going on a track, depending on whon is running the event, minimally, a roll bar made from specs dictated in the SCCA Racer Handbook.
Depending on which brand of coilovers you get, you can also get custom springs for the coilovers. I have a custom set of TEINs, not only in spring rates, but in overall length also. Sorry Na'im, its not as soft/comfy as it used to be.
Roll bars are not required in Stock or Street Prepared Classes, at least not when I was running Solo II every other weekend.
