Default 18" wheels on an xA?

I am thinking about getting a set of 18" wheels when i get my xA. Are these going to be too big or will they fit ok. the guy i talked to at the dealership said the xA could tuck 20"s but i was kinda skeptical. I think 18" would be just the right size with like a 1.5 inch drop.
any info would be appreciated.

I personally think 18" rims are too big for the xA. The biggest I'd get is 17" rims and that is pushing it (I've said this before). I'm gonna stick with 15" or get 16"... But that's for later...

I have 18's on my car. I haven't driven on them yet, because they aren't balanced. I'll be doing that very soon though. Anyway, I'm happy with the way they look...

One of my friends took this picture from a show this last weekend...

I'll post a few more pictures once I get them mounted, and I get my photo shoot finished.

my dealer offers 18's as an option, and I think they look pretty damn nice.

BCS, OMFG , that look so fukin sweet and the color is nice too. You just persaude me to get the inglio ink pearl now. Oh yeah too much drooling, what kind of wheels are those anyways? I have Gold BBS on my rx-7 that look similar to those , but dammit why does Scion has to be 4 lug

Anyways, I went to check the scion at the dealer and they had the trd 18inch without drop, they made the wheel look small without drop. It was really high too without the drop compare to the Xb next to it with drop and same wheels.

I also think 18" rims look way too big on an xA. I personally went with 15" rims lowered 2" in front and 1.8" in rear using Tanabe DF210 springs. I love the way it looks. I think 16" rims would look good too. :D

Yeah, Looks like BBS RXII's or replicas. I have a set of BBS RX from my former Camry.

I just checked his registry and they are Works wheels. I have 16 X 8 BBS gold mesh style RS , which I'm getting rid of. 18 inch is nice if you just want for looks, but I perfer 16inch or 17inch cuz of weight and it look good with a drop.

Thanks guys. :D

Yeah, they are Work wheels, courtesy of Van. I've got some more things planned. Hopefully, they will be in place by May 1st, as that is the date of HIN up here in Seattle.

I'm getting them balanced this week. Then I'll be able to drive with them. I have a photoshoot soon, so when those are taken, I'll post some more pictures.

I like the way they look. They aren't too big, IMO. They probably aren't the best choice for driving, size wise, but that's okay. If I end up getting another set, to just drive on (like in the winter) they will probably be a smaller size, like 16's or something.

Sorry, I can't.

But...

You can contact Van (scionvan), and I'm sure he will hook you up. :D

And as for the tires, well....same thing.

Sorry, just can't tell right now.

Don't worry about it then, but I meant to say how much they go for , not how much you paid for it
