Wheels spacers / shims??
The spacers will make the rear wheels come closer to the body and give you that flush appearance. It isn't something the everyday person will notice. Maybe someone who is looking that is into Scions will notice, but it is a subtle positive enhancement.

That totally depends on the width of the wheel!
And just to be sure people understand you should clarify POSITIVE offset.

8.5s w/ anything more than +38 will not fit w/o spacers!
Offsets depend on wheel width also!
As long as the width is 7 or 7.5, those numbers will work.
