Default Anyone who has x-air cylinders may have a BIG problem.

I noticed today that I have alot of play from the bottom bracket, upon closer inspection, the rollers in the main bearing have expanded, Causing the spindle to move almost 1/2". EAI is out of business, I made a few calls over to bearing company to get some higher quality bearing, Inspect the lower mounts and let me know if anyone else is having this problem. I have discovered another xB with this problem.

That sucks, I hope you find some parts that will get you back on the road. When did EAI die?

The car was back on the road yesterday, I got word that Universal Air bought out EAI about 3 weeks ago, and just rolled the lines over last week.

I've never encountered any leakage, The only I dont like about them is that they are very fast with the PSI im putting to them.

What is going wrong Luigi?

Mine are already being a problem, had the big bearing ride up the shaft twice, welded in a tab to stop that, and the bottom bearing is sticking.

And I had heard that EAI is out, I actually BOUGHT my cyl from Universal Air, so we'll see how it goes. I'm not exatatic about the ride from the front, may try accumulators.

My shafts are dirty and I do have leaks, I wonder if its releated cause I can't seem to track the leak anywhere else... grrr.
