Default Load assist for rear suspension

I deliver papers, and only use my xB on sundays. I was curious if anyone know of any kind of load assist for something that can help with the added weight on the rear suspension. I found air lift products, but the only thing they can do is lower it which I am not prepared to do yet. Just looking for something temporary. I plan on only doing this until Dec 05. Please help!!

Are you exceeding the maximum cargo weight (you plus the papers)? I would think that the factory suspension could handle anything up to the max cargo weight, and anything over that isn't recommended anyway...

If it is less than the max cargo weight, maybe some stiffer springs? I can't think of any that would do the trick without lowering it, though.

I figured out that the amount of weight including me is about 1200-1800 LBS, not sure what the maximum cargo weight is. Anyone knwo what the max cargo weight is? I was trying to find a way to help since it concerns me that is sits so low when I have all of the papers in it.

Max cargo weight (including passengers) is 800 pounds. You're exceeding the max weight by, oh say, a HALF TON!

You're lucky something hasn't broken!!!

So, you're saying that it looks something like this:

Well, what you really need is a Chevy Astro van.

You could add a bit of capacity to an xB with some air bags in the stock coil springs, but you aren't going to carry 1800 pounds around for long with no problems.

Jc Whitney sells Ride Control Helpers for about $25, when you put extra weight in the back and your shock goes down the springs around the shock help to control the bottoming out .

I think I figured out a solution. When I bought my xB I kept my old car because it hadn't died yet, the problem is it is an escort and it won't fit all of sundays papers. So I just going to make a couple of trips
