I spent the day today trying to track down a pair of H&R 5mm. No place I could find had them in stock. All on back order. I put on a pair of cheap $5 spacers that will be ok for a month or two and then put my name on the waiting list for the H&R. It seems that they are the only hub centric spacers for the xB unless you get them custom made.
