Another happy Koni convert...
...installed my rear Konis today after work. Was about the easiest shock swap I have ever done. You don't need to take the wheels off, just jack it up a little to gain access to the lower nuts. The ride is so much smoother than stock. I am on Tein H-Techs which smoothed things out tremendously from stock and the Konis are the icing on the cake! BTW, what setting do all you other Koni guys have yours set to? I left mine all the way soft like they came out of the box. Has anyone tried adjusting them while they are still on the car? Looks like you might just be able to remove the lower nut, compress the shock and twist it to your desired setting. If not it only takes a few more minutes to remove the top nuts and drop that puppy out. Can't wait to give it the "kids in the back seat" test tomorrow...
http://www.ltbmotorsports.com/scion.html Not sure if they have any left in stock. I had to order mine a month ago. I think you will have to wait no matter where you get them from.
Just ordered mine today from LTB - they were by far the cheapest with free shipping. They don't expect to have them in till the first of November. If you want them, you are going to have to pre-order...
