will a 245/40/18 tire fit on these rims.they are 18's 7.5.is anyone running this size tire on an xb.will they rub?and im not droped
Well the most important thing will be the backspacing. Your tire size is a total of 2" larger in diameter than the stock tires. Your car will sit higher than stock, and have less clearance. Those 18x7.5s will need a minimum of a +35 offset. And a little more probably wouldn't hurt.
Otherwise you may end up with some crunched fenders, and blown tires. And this doesn't even take into consideration that those tires are really to wide for those wheels. You would be better off with a narrower tire. A 225/35/18 would work much better. And I wouldn't go any larger than a 225/40/18. Even a 235 tire is meant to be mounted on a minimum 8" wide wheel.
Good luck in your search.

There are people on here with 225/40/18's pn xB's but you will have to do a bit of wheel well trim cutting to make them not rub.
Nice wheel choice BTW, I was considering those for a while too.
