Lowest coil-overs.
I tried the search, and this is my first time posting here. Here is my general noob question: what are some quality coil-overs that go really low. I bought my box a week ago and want to drop it on its belly! I have priced out a few kits and the Tanabe one seems decent, but I dont know how low each kit Ive looked into goes. I want it too look broken while i drive
. I cant really afford air ride, but I want to slam it. Any experience with LOW coil-overs? Thanks in advance.
Well judging by the recent post by "BrianxB" my guess is that the D2 coil-overs probably go the lowest. And they look absolutely incredible based on his pictures. A very nice set up indeed.
However, (you all knew this was coming didn't you) they are VERY expensive! According to the link he provided they retail for $1683.33! If you really want air, it can be done for less than that. As long as you are willing to piece it together. If you are wanting to buy a complete kit and be done with it, you can still do it for $1731.60 through the Gauge Magazine Store. So for $50 more you are on air.
Some may see this as a downgrade from the coil-overs, but it all depends on what you really desire in a suspension.
I hope that helps.
