will i have any problems or rubbing with this setup i'll be purchasing?

-17x7.5 40offset
-205/45/17

i'm lowered on tien s-techs.

Looks like they should work just fine. The tires are slightly taller than the stock rubber. They are still within spec. for the speedometer and odometer though.

many thanks for the input!

the reason i'm going with 45s is to give my rims more protection from certain road hazards and to fill the wheel well a little more.

I'd agree...I have 40's and wish I had 45's...for comfort of ride and rim protection. Smart choice.
