FFF & closing the hood question

Most everyone has that problem. They dont fit all that great. I just push my hood down in the middle until it clicks. If it really bothers you, you could sand down the parts that touch.
I figured it wasn't just me, but I just needed to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong pr there wasn't anything EASY I could do about it.

i installed this part with "The Illustrious Matthew Moore"
the latch has no adjustment
it might move up enough with non-stock bolts for the latch
(the factory bolts have a shoulder that insures centering)
Matt wanted to hammer on the hood
i said deal with it.....looks like that is the general feeling on this part
i plan to work on his xB again, if we come up with an easy/cheap solution I'll post again (with pics if possible)

make sure you let people know to gently close the hood when it gets serviced. You don't need some grease monkey slamin your hood damaging the FFF ya know.
