Default Best inexpensive place to get 19" wheels?

So far these are what I'm looking at, the bad thing about these inexpensive wheels is that they don't have a nice shiny poilshed lip, which I do prefer:

Axis Speed Six 19x8+45 (not my first choice in wheel especially since they're out of hypersilver, but very inexpensive):
$1199 for wheel/tire package shipped at wheelsnext.com

ADR GT Sport 19x7.5+42:
$660 + shipping for 4 wheels www.victoriatire.com $720 for four Pirelli P0's (runflats) at my local Discount Tire. So $1400.

HP Racing Fusion 19x7+42:
$1600 for wheels/tires/tax at my local discount tire.

I would prefer to get something like Axis Se7en mod or mesh, but that takes me up to over $2000. My goal is to spend $2000 and get wheels, tires, spacers, lowering springs.

Question is, anyone else shopping for 19" wheels found any good deals I may have missed?

Nilo has a set of Axis Wheel Site Mesh 2 in 19's .
These were also from a special batch that Axis brought in last year so the fitment on the xB is better. I know he just had the lips polished so they look brand new.

If you also need 7Mods and need to be under $2000 price with tires..PM me or Nilo (xbboy)

Well, it's not necessarily that I want to go cheaper, I was just wondering if there's any other styles to get in the $1200-$1600 range.

Sometimes it's better to extend your budget a little to get something good in the first place, instead of getting something cheap. And if $$ is an issue, it's also sometimes even better to just get a used set of good wheels instead of brand new cheap ones..
