WEll, it was a normal day to start...went to the car wash to rinse all the winter sludge off the xB. I try and rinse the xB off twice to three times a week now that it's snowing and they are salting the roads. At the car wash I spray some Meguiar's Hot Wheel cleaner on and let is soak for about 10 seconds and start to spray it off. First three wheels came out beautiful. As I was spraying off the last wheel, I see a chunk of chrome fly off my Motegi RT-5's. I'm raged now.....wheels aren't even a year old and have only been exposed to no more than 2 weeks of road salt and there goes the chrome already!! Needless to say they are warrantied, but being that I'm overseas in Germany right now, I'm kinda screwed. Time to shop for some new wheels, I don't wanna chance this again. I really wish my winter wheel/tire package had come...it's due here in the next couple of days.
