dealer wants 700 dollars..has anyone had this applied.to front of xb..is it worth the money..i work at a motorcoach dealer..our supplier said he could apply same for 4oo dollars..do you sll think it is worth the investment..thanks

if so - definately a good investment (i wish i did it)

but get it done as new and rock chip less as possible...

Where's some non-dealer places I could get quotes from? Also, can I have it installed at the dealership when it arrives, along with the other accessories I order? Also, it would be good to know if body armor has a formal name in case the dealer isn't familiar with what I'm talking about.

 

Check out Tint shops in your area. Many shops with newer equipment are offering this.

I wouldn't spend more then $300 tho... anything else is too much.

Install is probably the bulk of the price they are charging you. Remember, these guys are charging the dealership $50-100 per hour for their labor.

You can see if there's a private installer that could do it for less.
