Default Did anyone / or would anyone buy tires off ebay ??

Just wondering if anyone did or would buy tires off ebay ??

The Tc is going to need new tires soon & my new Rota's for the xB will be getting tires in the spring.

I saw some good prices, but what are the chances the tires are deformed, blemed, or unsellable in a store so they made their way to ebay ??

My thought is if I even considered it as a bad idea, then more than likely it is a bad idea

Is it to risky ?? Any experiances ??

Opinions are welcome

I've bought a couple sets off of ebay and didn't have anything wrong with them. They were all brand new. I've even bought a set of rims for one of my cars on there and they were still sealed in the box and didn't have a scratch on them.

go to discount tire (tires.com) they are offering free shipping on all tires, im looking for some 19's for one of my cars, and they are actually cheaper then any place i have found on ebay.....plus they have a warranty (if you buy it) and they are a reputable company....no complaints and i have bought about 6 sets of tires from them....

Glad to hear some good stories, I think I may try it out. I just hope I don't get burned

Kilo6_one , I have been considering www.tires.com as well as an option

I have always sworn by www.tirerack.com, but things are tight right now with two 05 Scion car payments.

Anyone else got any input, reccomendations or experiances for me ?
