TRD Strut Brace?

Default TRD Strut Brace?

What does The strut brace do for the box? And other ? is does anybody recommended them ?

The TRD strut brace connects the two strut towers in the engine bay with a bar, thus stiffening the "box" during hard cornering and reducing body roll and chassis flex. The difference according to some is significant in the handling department, and to others is next to nothing.
