OK, I have decided 100% on my wheels, will they work?
Here is what I have done so far.
Eibach Pro-Kit Springs
Ordered OnteTon shims
Now, the wheels I ordered are 17x8 with a +35 offset. I will be running a 215/45-17 tire.
Do you guys think it will work for me considering the drop and everything. From what I have read and researched I think I will be fine with the spacers and the drop together. I think it will look great all together!

Thanks for the reply. I research the heck outta whatever I buy and being that I'm in Germany now, a mistake can get expensive just from shipping. As it is, my Chrome Motegi RT-5's started peeling and to ship them back for replacement at $36 each way ($288 total) is near the cost of a new set of wheels! Double and triple checking will keep me from making a mistake and not being able to correct it.
