Default Air Runner - "Maxed Out" @@ more pix 03/21

everyone is getting "air runner" but it seems like I can never leave the original parts alone and I have to fabricate and change things out to make it the way I want!

With the help of
Dakota Digital and Air Zenith Now I have an “Exec” level air system with in-car Digital controlled SSFB system and a wireless remote control. The guys at Air Zenith hooked me up with a "Special Edition" Purple compressor to go with the candy purple suspension pieces I have. I also have to give props to Cabe Toyota for getting the correct color match for the candy purple on the struts and shocks that I could not powder coat! All I have to do now is finish some welding on the custom frame I fabricated and I swear this is the last mod I am doing on this Toy xBox project

If your question is "Can it be?" The answer is yes.

If your question is "Will it be?" That is up to the owner.

Nice parts man

Those front air struts look tasty, if only they'd sell them by themselves . Have fun with the install

could be, but this is my weekend cruizer for events and shows,
but by no means is my "Toy xBox" a Trailer Queen

I am waiting to see if they need the box to be a demo car next week for IMobile Pc if not I will be working on it this weekend. I forgot to mention that I will be using all stainless steel braided line so this install could be rather long

I should be done way before Scion Evolution's 2nd year anniversary SE 2 Year Anniversary I sure wouldn't miss that and I look forward to seeing you as well Marshall

Very nice setup. I did a write up in here quite a while back about incorporating the Dakota Digital controller into an air suspension system for the xB. Definitely the best of the best.

I assume you are using the standard Air Runner electric solenoid manifold valves? Are you also using the Air Runner or Dakota Digital remote system?

Thanks,
Using something that looks identical to the air runner solenoid valves can't remember where I got them though. I am using Dakota Digital remote that goes with the controller. Yeah Dakota Digital is the "ish" for this setup and the peeps there are very cool to work with!

I had to make a couple of changes on the layout to fit all the sensors, water trap, air gauge and quick connect. It is a tighter design and I have had to add more ports, I should have more photos of the install posted very soon.

The custom fabricated frame is working out fine and the Air Zenith looks right at home Major props again to AZ for the "Special Edition Purple" compressor!

The custom fabricated frame is working out fine. Could you tell me what you are going to do to the rear end? I have my wifes xA on air but I need about 2 more inches in the back to get it to lay body like I want.

F150 the custom frame is a piece I fabricated to mount the compressor and tank to so that It can be mounted as flush as possible without drilling holes in the bottom of the floorboard. Here are some test fit pix during the install...
