I have the 5zigen FNO1R-c +38 ofsett 17x7, and read in a post long ago about hub centric rings. My question is does anyone know if i will need them ahead of time. The wheels will be here in no more than a week. If i do need them where can i get the corrent ones and what size will i need???

the way the wheels was made is what determines wether you need hubcentric rings or not. Most alloy wheels DO need them. Steel wheels don't need them because of how they are built.
If you torque your wheels down correctly, you won't need them. I've had 2 sets of wheels that weren't hubcentric and I've had no vibrations or anything. Ideally, you'd buy wheels that fit our hub perfectly (54.1mm), but they can be hard to find since most aftermarket wheels usually make them larger to accomodate for more cars. I suppose since HCRs are so cheap, it couldn't hurt though. Just bring the wheels into any tire shop and they can help you find the right size.
