I have regstered for this site only once, and don't recall the steps involved, but would one of those "Enter the number seen in this box" steps help if this is in fact a bot registering and spamming?

Very annoying, mostly for the fact that they can 'play' the system with essentially zero chance of us being able to do anything about it.

So far there have been at least three - the two saved here for study, and the one that Darren zapped.
