Default What do I need for Work 8.5" +20 offset rims?

My buddy just bought these and does'nt know what he needs to tuck and not rub. Does he need camber shims, spacers, rolled fender. Thanks in advance. That bastard is so lucky! I am uber jealous, but stoked for him too.

got my login ____ mike, thanks for posting this..

BUT YO! i bought euroline DH's 17 inch 8.5 wide and +20 offset.

my car is lowered on tanabe df210's.

Will the rims work W/O spacers? or do i need spacers to have the rims on the car?

ALSO, with this offset, should i just get the angled shims since it seems like the wheels might be out far enough?

THANKS very much for your help in advance.

check out otg. He sells a camber and spacer kit which will make your wheels fit. Camber i think is -3 degrees, which will tuck the top of the rear wheels in. post pics!

you should test fit them. then you can physically see if they will rub.

depends also on tires you will be running. i THINK if you have a full load of people in the car they will rub. so i would say camber and look how much clearance you have. if not a lot, roll them.

my D2's are 8.5" +25.
not too far of a difference.

i rub like crazy when there's 2-3 people in the back.
roll your fenders.

Thanks very much for your suggestions. My tires are 215/40/r17's. I'm prolly gonna roll the fenders and get angled shims after I test fit them hoes. But yeah, thanks for replying. Feel free to drop more suggestions.

40's make a difference. 45's would rub..more.

Are the df210s permanent? If you plan to go air or coilovers in the near fture, just do it all at once (rolled fenders, camber shims, etc. maybe even get 205/40 tires)

If your gonna stick with springs, this is the order I would do: First test fit them. Then roll fenders flat. Then add OTG camber shims if you still rub. Then add spacers if you want to get more flush or even it out with the fronts wheels.

I am running DH's with the same size and offset, although my car is 3.5 inches lower, running OTG camber shims and my tire size are 205/40/17's and i rub when there's 4 people in my car. the rear would still be flush with the camber shims in but i strongly suggest rolling the fenders.

thx firstoff for the info. as for the df210's. not sure about them being permanent. ill just need to see them up there to see if im satisfied (i doubt i will be) i just want there to be no wheel/fender gap.
