TANABE PRO S-0C TYPE-2 COIL-OVER ???

looking at upgrading my suspension. any one running this setup???
also every where i look about this setup it says (NOT equipped with Helper Springs)
what does this mean???

I have them. The ones with helper springs actually have 2 springs, one is shorter and its supposed to help with preload and make the ride smoother. Those setups are also more expensive. I have no complaints about the S-OC IIs I have, the ride is great. Any other questions PM me.
