What exactly are you wondering about? I'm not following what you're asking. But I'll try to give you some idea about the hotchkis springs and sways.

The sway bars will help a lot with handling. They're really flat on in turns and I like them. The only draw back is that they can be a pain to install. Which is why a lot of people go with just the rear sway from either TRD or Progress.

Joel (GAFFN1) has the Hotchkis springs with 18's and he's running a 215/35 with no problems. I think you could go 225/40 and be fine but most people here will say go with a 215/40. There are a lot of factors in choosing wheels and the off set is probably the most important. Lance (dougalast) has 17's on 215/40's and no problems at all and it still rides good. The 215/35's are a little harsh for me but everyone is different. Hope this helps.

with installing springs they are all the same, the back springs are cake to install as the front take a lil more work, as you have to take out the strut and what not, about strut bars i hear progress is easiest to install

The TRD and the Progress and the same on installation so it reall comes down to which one you prefer. BigWill is right about the springs to they're easy to install if you know what you're doing. You don't even need spring compressors. If you has a friend help you you could get it done in about 45 min to an hour.

If you're interested in the TRD and Hotchkis suspension stuff check us out.
