It is not likely you will have to do any additional "body work." Every single kit I am aware of on the market stops the xB from dropping all the way to the ground. Most will actually stop the xB's drop before your tires will even hit the fender wells if I am not mistaken.
If you did happen to build your own kit, or customize another one to go lower, then you may run into problems. Things like the filler neck for your gas tank, the fender well, power steering, and maybe even the half shafts would have to be dealt with. If you go low enough on big wheels you may even have to do a "mini-tub" into the cabin and maybe even on the door jambs.
I know I have missed some things, but that will give you a general idea. Chances are though, you will buy a bolt on kit and not run into any of these issues.
