Default 17" wheels on my BOP xB (205/40/17r)

They're 205/40/17r's and I got them on eBay. It was $650 after all the shipping and lug nuts, and balncing and stuff was done to them.

Man 40 series tires always scare me. They wouldn't last around N.Cali roads. Nice setup! I'm thinking I might have to go 45's

Those are SUPER nice looking. I'm a huge fan of five spokes - I'm running similar five spokes on mine as well. Same size as yours but I opted for a chrome.

Can't beat a clean 5-spoke rim......forever in-style. I like 'em.

i personally think you should have gone a little wider on the tire but they look good. i just worry about the tire angles and such cause you can damage the wheels if its not right. like the xa i saw at f1 boston scion winter grand prix. they has that kind of setup it was just horrible needed to be a little bit wider tire.

215/40/17 is the closest 17" to the stock wheel (at least height wise).

Very nice, I have the same size. For springs, check out Tein H-Tech's. I just had them put on and they are smooooooth. Only around a 1" drop but it works for me.

Very nice pics.......not sure which pic I like the best. The reflection from the flash on the traffic arrows in the first one look neat and the mountains & reflection in the second pic are beautiful.

It is 96% compared to the stock tires.

These tires came on the wheels, my next set will be 215/40/17s. That size will be almost the same compared to stock size.

I like the way it looks! I really like the mountains in the background of one of the pics.

But yeah, I would do 215/40-17.

By the way, does anyone know if 215/40-17 on 17x7 +40mm offset would rub? I don't wanna have to do ANYTHING to my xB as far as shaving goes.

Thanks!

I am running that exact setup dropped on Tanabe DF210's and absolutely zero rubbing. (Check my profile if you want to see pics of what that setup looks like)
