falken wheels?
I haven't heard much, but what I have heard has been positive.
www.edgeracing.com has them available in affordable packages. Just select a 2003 Echo for proper fitament, since they haven't added Scions yet.

I'm looking for some 17" wheels, and the ones at edgeracing look nice, good price. But when putting in 2003 echo, the wheels show up with what looks like 5 lug design, even though the text says 4x100. Perhaps just a generic pic? Hmm...
But aside from the right lug pattern, offsets, and getting a size that doesn't throw off your speedo too much or rub other parts: is there any quality reasons for going with 1 brand over another? If you want a certain finish, does it just boil down to personal taste to the design, or are certain brands known for having better rims? And I am searching, this is one of the many threads I'm browsing, just thought I'd toss a question out there... thanks!
