Well I put my rims on yesterday and like an idiot I thought that Kumho's would get the job done, my xB sounds like a jeep with knobby's on it going down the road, I need a more quiet tire 215/35/18 cheaper the better but I'm not going to go so cheap that I pay for it in the long run like I did with these.

I think the Pirelli P Zero Nero M+S is a very quiet tire. I've had 3 sets in various sizes (215/50/17, 235/45/17, 205/50/16) over the years on a couple of different vehicles and they've always performed well in wet and dry conditions and have always been quiet. I've not had them in an 18 though.

BTW, I do a lot of highway driving, so quiet is important to me.

 

I'll look at those cuz like I said this is annoying as h*** right now, looks hot when it ssitting in the parking lot though

 

I do not have a box but I have falken 512's in 225/40/18's are they are louder than stock. Not near as loud as my 33x12.50 mud terrains, but they are allot louder.

 

My Cooper Zeon Zpts are way quiet compared to any tire I've ever had (well non stock)
