Default Custom License Plate Bracket

I know a couple of people here have made a custom license plate bracket for their xB so that they dont have to drill holes in the bumper. I was just wondering what I will need to make one and how will I do it. Pictures will help and steps would too.

Thanks for your help.

I used these directions:

As a hint, you can definitely use four inch carriage bolts-the 5 inch will work but if you mount it on the lower honeycomb grill it puts it scary close to the radiator-- any small bump will push the ends right in. If you mount on the upper honeycomb (as I did) there is much more space, but your arm will get tired from ratcheting those nuts down all the way.

Mine is drilled so it dont matter now,But I suggest 1/4"X 4" toggle bolts so you dont need to get to the back to tighten them up then adjust with nuts and washers.
