Well, they are extravagant wheels. Like the 24"s or 26"s they made which had jewl's in them.

They have a zillion different styles and I agree some are way to gawdy. But they have several acceptable styles. Still nothing explains there extravagant price.

They are that expensive because ignorant folk with new money fall for their ad campaign. Asanti are a nicer wheel than their Lexani line (same company) in that they are forged multi-piece wheels. However, the styling is poor and the prices are probably more inflated than any other wheel brand on the market.

If you really want to get some of the nicest wheels available at a more reasonable price check out ID Luxury Wheels, J Line, I Forged, Intro, etc. It is funny that this is probably one of the only times that I will mention these brands in a post as being a "reasonable" alternative. Hands down though, you can't beat the quality found in the above wheel brands.

I like a lot of them because they offered wheels that had painted sections that I could have repainted envy green. I am most likely going with konig's unknowns and have them repainted.

All of the companies I listed will custom build the wheels to your spec. That means everything from diameter and width to offset and finish. They are more pricey than Konigs, but the difference in quality is unbelievable. And you can trust me when I say that.

My wife has a set of Konigs on her xB and I have a set of Intros on my truck. There really is no comparison. Konig makes a nice light cast wheel, but it is no where near the quality of one of the companies I listed above. If you are interested in wheels from any of those companies let me know and I will get you a contact name.
