i wont to know any good and bad stories from buying lip kitsand body kits on ebay.... i just got enough to get a kit and i want some feedback, thanx for your time

 

Most of the kenstyle kits are fiberglass copies of the original and need to be tweeked a little to fit properly. I have the kenstyle kit also and had to add mounting brackets on the side skirts so they would pull up tight to the sides. The original kensyle kit was supposed to be an perfect replacement for the factory parts.

 

I bought my ABS Dynamics X2 lip kit on ebay and I couldnt have been happier. The fitment and quality were excellent. A friend of mine bought the same kit on ebay and was also extremely satisfied. I havent heard anything about the full body kits though...

I don't buy crap on ebay anymore. Even that can be questionable at times. Too many leeches there.

if you don't mind me asking how much did you pay? i saw a nich body kit for my xa on ebay for like 399$ which i thought was way cheap. What's the difference between a full body kit and a lip kit, and how do you get it the color of your car.

 

^^^ poppin up again huh? Full kits replace the entire bumper while a lip kit is just an add-on piece to the existing stock bumpers. If you want to get a kit and match it to your car you need to get it painted at a shop. I have a local shop I can recommend to you if youre interested. The guy is very good and charges extremely reasonable prices...
