Default Can't remove my darn side markers!

I've got a new 2006 xB, and the plan now is to change all the bulbs to LED. I've changed the front and rear signals (by the way, the flasher unit from superbrightleds.com works like a champ - no resistors heating up!), the third BL, and the reverse lights. Waiting on my LED tails. I also changed out the HVAC controls to a soothing green, can't wait to switch the HU out.

My problem is with the front side markers. Everything I've read shows they should come off by sliding forward, then out. I've put some elbow grease behind them, and they don't move. They seem to be on the verge of breaking. Obviously I'm doing this wrong?!? Help!

Little greas and some real great care and they will come off. I have seen guys break them off by accident, so just take your time you have to kinds push and slightly pull at the same time.

Ahh, figgered it out. You pull out WHILE you pull forward, not pull forward 'till it moves. D'oh!
