Koni Shock noise
I have Koni Sportline Shocks in the rear with Tien S-Tech springs. I have been running this set-up for about 4000 Miles.
I've recently developed a "clicking" sound from one of the shocks. Swapped the shocks from left to right and the sound moved with the shock.
Open the rear hatch, push down on the floor firmly, and there is a "click" sound. If I go down a slightly bumpy road, it almost clicks constantly.
I've tried adjusting a little firmer as I had them on full soft with no difference. Mounting bolts are tight.
Anybody else have this problem?

Click is from a blown shock. get it replaced.
happened to my friend's accord when we installed some AGX's. One of them were blown from the factory. Got it replaced, and the problem disappeared.

Here's Koni's response/policy.FYI
We have the following options available for the warranty:
Go to the following link and we will need all of this information faxed over to us: http://www.koni-na.com/warranty%20policy.htm. We can do a replace in advance where we will send you a new shock (charged to your credit card at half of list), and then you mail the defective shock back to us, once we receive it back and it goes through the warranty process and if found to be warrantable, we will credit back your credit card at that time. If it is denied under the warranty then you will only be charged the original charge.
You can also do a replace only, you fax the information over, we will give you an RGA # to put on the box, you send the defective product to us, we evaluate it, upon approval of the warranty we will send a new one back to you. If it is denied under the warranty we can either send the damper back to you or we can scrap it here at our facility.

i love my koni shocks. Had them for about 5,000 miles and i must say the ride isnt the most comfrotable, but they havent blown. I did however receive a set of blown shocks when i first purchased them, but they were replaced right away free of charge and i here no cliking what so ever.
