Default Miles on NF210 and stock shocks?

Post up how many miles you have had NF210 with stock shocks?

Has anyone had to replace their shocks since installing NF210?

I changed this post because nobody is responding. There are lots of people here who have NF210, I just want to know how long you have had them.

Rear shocks will basically never need replaced; I ran them for about 40k on stock and another 25k on on N210 before replacing them (was doing other work so I just wanted to) and they still felt new.

Front shocks are hit and miss; I blew a KGB strut single in about 15k miles with my NF210's, but I've had no problems otherwise, so it was probably just a bad one.

There's no reason to think you need to change suspension components, but front shocks are so cheap that you might as well refresh them since you have to take them apart for the install anyway.

30,000 miles on mine . Lots of hard long distance trips . Stock shocks seem fine . You should consider rim & tire size also . 35/19's ride isn't better than a 45/18 .

Never been a fan of the Conestoga Wagon look on cars and SUVs.

I didn't have the springs but got 389K miles on the stock struts on my XB.. So i would imagine that you should get at least 100K miles with a smaller spring..

147,000 miles on stock shocks and NF210s. Installed the NF210s when my 2010 xB had 76 miles on it.

Ride is a little rough on bumps, probably need to change the stock shocks...of course I don't remember how it was stock

Finally changed my stock shocks after 158,000 miles.

Went with TRDs at all 4 corners. Rides much better!

stock springs?

I just ordered a set of trd struts and shocks, to run with my stock springs that have 114k on them, contemplating ordering new stock springs as well

I doubt you'll need new springs, but I can't say that from experience. I changed out my stockers for NF210s when I had 76 miles on my car.

Have you considered lowering your xB?

I'm curious how the TRD dampers feel compared to stock. My current set up feels like there is a little too much rebound in the stock rear shocks. I'm thinking of getting some custom valving done to some performance shocks.

never wanted to do it, I've always wanted just slightly stiffer suspension, and I figured the struts were long overdue

I mostly use this car to uber on the weekends, so I try to keep it's appearance clean, but stock.
